Adoption of Unified Work Regulations (QIWA)
Adoption of Unified Work Regulations (QIWA)
Preparing and drafting labour regulations and reviewing them with establishment owners according to the nature of the activity practiced by the establishment (education – health – retail trade – contracting – information technology – banking and finance – industrial or other).
This regulation contains all the controls and provisions of the establishment, starting with the employment provisions, the job structure, the mechanism of promotions and career progression, and other obligations such as allowances, working days or hours, commissions and overtime, the provisions for terminating and dissolving the labor relationship, and determining the compensation mechanism for terminating the employment contract.
In addition, it includes all violations and penalties in a way that meets all the establishment’s requirements for ensuring that all its employees adhere to the instructions it explains, and other legal and technical additions that vary according to the nature of the establishment’s work and activity, and then submits them to the Ministry of Labor for approval.
